Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT is a short term, problem focused, practical form of therapy. CBT looks at the way you think and how your behaviour can be controlled by your thinking.

CBT helps to enable you to change the way you think by restructuring the ways in which you think and to make lasting positive changes to your emotions and behaviours. 

CBT can be effective for anger management, stress, working relationships and anxiety to name but a few.
